We celebrate 40+ years of trading. It doesn’t seem that long ago that Michael was trading out of two very small spaces in London’s Portobello Road and Camden Passage.
We were introduced by Victoria's mother in the 1980s and have both come from antique dealer familial backgrounds.
Victoria studied Art History & French at University College London and is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia.
She recently completed a Diploma of Diamond Technology wanting to keep up to date with current and
evolving developments in diamonds and gemstones.
We have been members of the Australian Antiques & Art Dealers Association (AAADA) for many years, Michael is on the NSW chapter committee and Victoria is a long standing member of the National Council of Jewellery Valuers (NCJV). She was also a past President of the Ceramic Collectors Society and continues her involvement on the committee.
Today, our premises and stock are somewhat larger, but we work just as hard in keeping our range as interesting as possible, sourcing goods locally and from around the world. We always keep a wide range of antique jewellery, including vintage and estate, as well as some contemporary pieces such as South Sea pearls. We have a good selection of antique sterling silver including pieces ideal for wedding and christening presents. We also sell good porcelain, glass, furniture and collectors items from the eighteenth to the twentieth centuries. Our objective is to have only pieces that represent good workmanship and design and in a condition which has stood the test of time.
